Add, edit, and reorder the rules for when the indicator should display different colors or labels.
Rules (first matching rule wins)

Comparison | How you want to compare your incoming data with your threshold value ("Equal to", "Less than", "Less than or equal to", "Greater than", or "Greater than or equal to") |
Compare with | Threshold value (string, number, or boolean) to compare your incoming data against |
Color | Color to display when the above rule is met |
Label | Text label to display when the above rule is met |
